These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a legal agreement between you and Indian Robotics Solution Private Limited ("IRS", "we", "us"). They apply to your use of www.indianroboticssolution.com (the "Website"), and to the information, product documents, enquiries and other services offered through it.
By using the Website you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website. If you use it on behalf of a company or institution, you confirm that you are allowed to accept these Terms for it.
2. About Us
Indian Robotics Solution designs, develops and assembles robotics systems and unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) in India, and sells related spare parts and electronics. We also set up drone laboratories for institutions, enterprises and training centres.
3. Using the Website
You may use the Website only for lawful purposes. You agree that you will not:
- give false or misleading information in any form;
- try to get into parts of the Website, our systems or other users' data that you are not allowed to use;
- send viruses, spam or anything meant to damage or overload the Website;
- copy, scrape or resell the content of the Website without our written permission;
- use the Website in any way that breaks an applicable law, including the laws on drones, export, defence and public safety.
4. Products, Information and Enquiries
We try to keep the information on the Website correct, but pictures, specifications, ranges, flight times and other figures are given as a guide. They depend on conditions such as weather, payload and configuration, and they may change as products are improved.
Nothing on the Website is a binding offer to sell. An enquiry or a quotation request is not an order. A sale is made only when we confirm it in writing (for example by a quotation or proforma invoice that you accept), and it is then governed by the terms stated in that document. Prices, availability and delivery times are given on request.
5. Drone Laws and Responsible Use
Drones are regulated in India under the Drone Rules, 2021 (and any rules that replace or add to them), the guidelines of the Directorate General of Civil Aviation (DGCA) and the Digital Sky Platform, together with airspace restrictions, local laws and the rules of any site where you fly.
If you buy or use our products you are responsible for:
- checking which registrations, licences, remote pilot certificates and permissions your flight or your use needs, and getting them before you fly;
- operating the product safely, within visual line of sight unless permitted otherwise, and away from restricted or prohibited zones;
- using it only for lawful purposes, and never to harm people or property, to invade privacy or to break the law;
- following the manuals, safety notices and firmware updates we provide.
6. Product Documents and Downloads
To open manuals and other documents we ask you for your details. You must give correct details. The documents are for your own use or for the use of your organisation with our products. You may not publish, sell or share them in a way that competes with us, or change them and present them as ours.
7. Careers
Applying through the Website does not guarantee an interview or a job. Please give correct information and upload only your own resume. Any selection is made only after our own interview process.
IRS never asks candidates for money for a job, an interview or a training. If anyone asks you for payment in our name, please tell us at the email address below.
8. Intellectual Property
The Website and everything on it, including text, images, videos, 3D models, designs, drawings, logos, product names and software, belong to IRS or to those who license them to us, and are protected by Indian and international law on copyright, trademarks, designs and patents.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute that arises from them or from your use of the Website will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Gautam Buddha Nagar (Noida), Uttar Pradesh, India.
